“Hi, just wanted to let you know that when I was on the ship this last time I ran out of the Cold/Flu inhaler and so had to stop it and I don't know why, but I stopped the Lung Power too and sure enough I caught a cold.  I knew it was a cold because it lasted 7 days and they last 7 to 10 days normally.  Anyway I still had the Lung Power so I started using it right away and it opened my sinuses up and I could breathe again.  My sinuses sure plug up fast.  I feel a lot better using the inhalers.  As you may know I have been diagnosed with inactive abnormalities (asbestosis) and am very concerned about getting enough oxygen to my brain via my lungs.  Anyway thanks again."
