"Hi again Marilyn-- This is a great website! As mentioned in our conversation, I enjoy talking with you so much that I always choose to place my order "in person". It almost feels like we are neighbors or long-time friends. Now that's what's called excellent customer service! My testimonial is that I had a long period (maybe 5 years or so), of having what I called a "winter cough". It started as just a bad tickle high in my chest that would almost seem to cut off my air supply so that I needed to cough to clear it, and it was worse in cold weather. I didn't do anything about it, and it gradually progressed to being accompanied by a bit of wheezing at night. In 2001, a routine abdominal CT scan showed nodules in the small area of my lungs that were visible on the scan. After several full lung scans, a biopsy, and pulmonary function tests I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis in the lungs, which simply put, is a condition of inflammatory nodules throughout my lungs along with enlarged lymph glands associated with the areas of inflammation. No bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc. are present; no cause has been found. It appears the lung situation is connected to an accompanying auto-immune condition that causes inflammatory responses throughout my body to stimuli that has not been identified. I've not had the resources to be assessed by a rheumatologist, but auto-immune syndromes are becoming all too prevalent in the population, as you well know. I am convinced that my particular health challenges are the result of environmental toxins, so I have adjusted my life-style as much as possible to avoid them (with air filters, bottled water, supplements, and a good diet, for example.) Your products were among the first natural remedies I sought after I found out that I really did have a pathological condition. I heard about them from KIRO radio, and being a Medical Technologist (unemployed for quite some time!), as well as a natural health nut all my life, the underlying principles of your inhalation therapy concept made perfect sense to me. Since I have been using the inhalers, there has been no progression in my lung inflammation, and my pulmonary function tests are holding steady at a low level of impairment. The really significant news is that at my last check two months ago my lung specialist reduced the prescription steroid inhaler dose to "as needed" from my previous doctor's recommendation of 4 puffs a day! I've been averaging about 7-10 puffs a week compared to the 28 I could be ingesting. (I refused to go that high and found this new physician who worked with me on the bigger health picture, plus he updated tests to determine whether objective facts supported that much medication-- they didn't.) The first time I used Wild Radiata (my favorite), it was like walking into a rain forest where you just want to suck in all the fresh air you can stand! Within minutes the congestion in my chest began breaking up and it felt like the end of a bad cold when things finally start to loosen up. I have not had a single cold or respiratory infection since I began using the inhalers more than two years ago. Also during this time I have experimented with natural supplements and adjusted my diet a lot, especially adding more leafy greens and taking enzymes and probiotics to help digest and eliminate toxins. My naturopath has been a great help in determining which nutrients I seem to be defective in, and which are in balance. But in the issue of my lungs, my body tells me the inhalers work for me. When I travel or am in a large group, I can not wait to duck out and use the No Colds, No Flu. I use Wild Radiata in the morning to wake up my lung passages and loosen up any congestion, and Super Sinus and Lung at night to kill off anything that got stuck in me during the day. (I also use another great product morning and night that you may be familiar with, Xlear, a nasal wash that refreshes and coats mucous membranes. It makes sense that getting rid of whatever may drain into our lungs from the sinus passages would help in infection prevention.) Hope you find this information helpful. You are welcome to use any part you wish for advertising or promotion, and you can use my name. Everyone who knows me well, knows I am a big supporter of natural products both to heal and to maintain our well-being. Thank you so much for your great inventions and for your kindness, understanding, and generosity. I feel like we are in a support group; maybe we are! Best regards to you and your husband-- Nancy Condy
